“The second red wine by Domaine du Castel. It is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc and Malbec grapes, aged 12 months in French oak barrels and 4 months in concrete tanks as a final blend. With deep purple color and a full body, the wine shows elegant tannins and a harmonic balance of fruit and oak. The wine is at its peak between 3-5 years from harvest. It is recommended that the wine be decanted before serving.”
