Pelter Trio

Produced from 70% Cabernet, 15% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc grapes, handpicked from vineyards in the Golan Heights and the Upper Galilee. The wine aged for 14 months in French oak barrels. A rich and complexed wine, characterized by flavors and aromas of black fruit, peacan and a light spice.
