Rosé du Castel

Rosé du Castel is a blend of early picked Merlot, Malbec and Cabernet Franc grapes. The pale color of the wine is the result of a quick press and a short skin contact. The fermentation was long at low temperature. The wine is refreshing and light but with an impressive presence and length.
