Matar Cumulus

A blend of 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc grapes. The grapes were sourced and handpicked from vineyards in the Golan Heights, Upper Galilee and Jerusalem Hills. The wine aged for 14 months in French oak barrels. Characterized by a full body, rich fruit and a light spice. Cumulus is a puffy billowy rain cloud. The cloud’s characteristics match this wine.
