Matar winery’s flagship wine. Produced from the best grapes; 44% Cabernet Sauvignon, 44% Shiraz, 6% Cabernet Franc and 6% Petit Verdot. The grapes were sourced and handpicked from vineyards in the Golan Heights and the Upper Galilee. The wine ages for 30 months in French oak barrels, it is rich, full bodied and complex with many flavor layers. Characterized by aromas and flavors of prune, mint, chocolate, cocoa and long, lingering finish. The characteristics of CB match the ones of the cloud it is named after, the Cumulonimbus – A huge and impressive rain cloud.
