Pelter T-Selection Cabernet Sauvignon

T-Selection is the flagship series of Pelter Winery, where only few numbered wines are produced, from the best grapes harvested. Produced from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes handpicked from vineyards in the Golan Heights and the Upper Galilee. The wine aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. Characterized by flavors and aromas of currant, plum, eucalyptus and almond. The wine has a long, balanced, and interesting finish.
