T-Selection is the flagship series of Pelter Winery, where only few numbered wines are produced, from the best grapes harvested. Produced from 100% Cabernet Franc grapes, handpicked from vineyards is in the Golan Heights. The wine aged for 20 months in French oak barrels. Characterized by aromas and flavors of green pepper, white pepper and pecan. A full-bodied earthy wine with a unique long finish.
