Pelter T-Selection Pinot Noir

T-Selection is the flagship series of Pelter Winery, where only few numbered wines are produced, from the best grapes harvested. Produced from 100% Pinot Noir grapes handpicked from vineyards in the Golan Heights. The wine aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. Characterized by aromas and flavors of raspberry, cranberry, gentle seasoning and a hint of cinnamon. A soft finish.
