100% Chenin Blanc grapes, sourced and handpicked from Nana vineyard in Mitzpe Ramon. The wine aged for 3 months in French oak barrels. The desert temperature and dryness spectrum cause a long ripening, thereby the quality of the varietal. A Rich wine, unique and well structured, characterized by aromas and flavors of jasmine, dried apricot and citrus blossom.
