Tulip Espero White

A combination of Colombard, Viognier and Chardonnay grapes. Viognia grapes fermented spontaneously in 225 liter oak barrels for 3 months. And underwent partial malolactic fermentation. The chardonnay and columbarium were fermented separately in stainless steel tanks.
