Matar Chardonnay

100% Chardonnay grapes. The grapes were sourced and handpicked from vineyards in the Upper Galilee and the Jerusalem Hills area. The wine aged for 4 months in French oak barrels. A mineral and crisp wine characterized by a light aroma of tropical notes and lime.
