This wine is from a unique vineyard in the Judean Mountains. The wine is very rich and has a long finish. The varieties are aged separately for 6 months, mixed and aged together for another 8 months, in French oak barrels for the delicate maturation and improvement of the wine. Before bottling, the wine was filtered only to preserve its unique flavors.
