Mediterranean Gin, aromatic and gentle, produced from Pink Lady apples. Following a first distillation, the botanical ingredients are soaked for 24 hours, and then distilled a second and third time in a slow process that preserves the fullness of the apple aroma. Juniper, Israeli sage, elderberry, sumak, iris root, lemon tree leaves and dog rose bulbs.
