Aged gin in wood 500 ml

Delicate Mediterranean gin, made from Pink Lady apples from the Golan Heights.
Distilled 3 times while maintaining maximum apple aroma. Between distillation and distillation selected botanical ingredients are soaked carefully for a day: juniper, Eretz Israel sage, elderberry, blush, dog rose tubers, lemon leaves and iris root.
The gin is aged for three months in muscatel wine barrels, the barrels are specially imported from France and have a unique aroma. The color of the gin is pinkish, a result of the aging process only.
