Delicate Israeli Arak. produced from French Colombard and Sauvignon Blanc grapes, seasoned with star anise, fennel seeds, anise seeds, a hint of cinnamon. The Arak is distilled 4 times in an alembic still. Between each distillation, the botanicals are soaked for 24 hours. The distillation process is slow and preserves the fullness of the grape aroma.
